**About the Role**
Carter Newell Lawyers offers a unique opportunity to work as an Associate in our General Liability team. We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in general liability matters, who can demonstrate a strong legal grasp of key principles.
The ideal candidate will have two to four years post-admission experience and excellent analytical skills. They should also possess clear concise writing skills, enabling them to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality service and advice.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of general liability matters. This includes insurance and commercial disputes, such as public liability, product liability, and property damage claims.
