Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our multidisciplinary team at Kurrajong Therapy Plus in Wagga Wagga.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing learning experiences and opportunities for each child designed to promote a sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and effective communication skills.

The role involves using evidence-based practice to deliver services that focus on early intervention and prevention, capacity building and school transitions. Collaboration with families is essential to share knowledge and skills enabling them to implement ongoing learning opportunities in the home and other natural environments.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver individualized learning plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families and staff members.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that support the social, emotional and educational growth of children.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & NSW Working with Children Check.
