We're seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to spearhead the development of machine learning models and data solutions that drive real-world impact.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of predictive analytics and data-driven insights – from discovery to deployment – working alongside a passionate team that values innovation and collaboration.

  • Developing and deploying machine learning models aligned with key business objectives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape problem definitions, and drive adoption of data solutions
  • Mentoring junior and mid-level data scientists on modelling, ML engineering, governance, and business engagement
  • Designing and deploying scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytics and ML use cases
  • Applying A/B testing, optimisation techniques, and causal inference to generate actionable insights
About the Role:
  • Proven experience delivering machine learning models into production
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, and Azure
  • Strong grounding in statistics, machine learning, and optimisation for experimentation and decision-making
  • Knowledge of emerging fields such as computer vision, LLMs, or causal inference
