We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our hospitality crew as an all-rounder.
Job DescriptionAs an all-rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. You will also prepare and cook food to order using our menu and kitchen procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order using our menu and kitchen procedures, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is highly desirable.
- Availability: Ability to work a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon and evening shifts, as well as alternate weekends.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
