Role Overview

This opportunity presents a unique chance for an educator to take on leadership and teaching responsibilities in a regional co-educational college.

As a key member of the faculty, you will oversee the development and delivery of engaging Science curricula, support colleagues in refining their practice, and lead initiatives promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and achievement across the faculty.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality Science curricula that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Support colleagues in refining their teaching practices through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Lead initiatives that foster creativity, curiosity, and achievement among students.
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives and projects that enhance student outcomes and school culture.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing effective Science curricula that meet the needs of all students.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring support to colleagues to enhance their teaching practices.
  • Leading initiatives that promote academic excellence and achievement across the faculty.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement whole-school initiatives that drive student success and improve school culture.
