As a dedicated educator, you will play a pivotal role in helping create a home-like learning setting where children flourish through play, exploration, and connection.

  • Develop and deliver educational programs tailored to each child's developmental needs.
  • Foster strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Support children's social, emotional, physical, and creative development.
  • Ensure daily routines, safety, educational practices, and governance meet national standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Valid Working With Children Check.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and reliability.
  • A warm, nurturing, and creative presence.
  • First Aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training.
  • Child Protection training.
