We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in Taree. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly customers, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers\u0027 homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, helping our customers to maintain their independence and nutrition.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Provide respite and emotional support, giving our customers and their families peace of mind.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support, helping to maintain their connections with the community.

Requirements:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
  • The ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
