We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Sales Associate to join our team at Van Cleef & Arpels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high levels of customer service and engagement to each client, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Assist Sales Associates during presentation and provide support for event organization.
- Develop personal knowledge and skills through self-training and ongoing education.
- Work collaboratively with the Boutique Manager and Sales Team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in high-touch customer service, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Interest in learning about and sharing the rich heritage of Van Cleef & Arpels.
- Agility, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
