We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team. This is a key role within our organization, where your expertise will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our brand.

As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept through to production, ensuring that all designs meet our high standards and align with our sustainability values and brand identity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and presenting seasonal mood boards, range direction, and fabric stories
• Designing cohesive, innovative collections aligned with pricing and margin targets
• Attending fittings for assigned categories, finalizing toiles, and ensuring high-quality execution
• Creating and maintaining detailed style packs, technical sketches, and CADs

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabrication, and technical design, as well as strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior design roles within women's fashion, with proficiency in cross-functional woven, cut sew, and denim required.
