Job Title: Reporting Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reporting Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to produce high-quality reports.

The position contributes to quality forward planning and analytical practices to enable informed decision making and better business outcomes. Using a customer centric approach, you will conduct research, analysis, develop and improve project management frameworks.

We require an individual who has awareness of the complexity of project management and experience working within a team delivering corporate and project support. You will be responsible for producing organisational performance-related reports, analysing results and delivering value.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing organisational performance-related reports, analysing results and delivering value
  • Researching, developing, and improving project management frameworks including systems, guidelines, processes and templates
  • Data and metric collection and analysis
  • Providing quality customer service to stakeholders via proactive engagement, advice and technical/operational support where appropriate
  • D delivering project and performance management user training to staff

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University Degree essential
  • 3+ years' experience in project management
  • Experience with a public sector environment
  • Credentials and/or certification in relevant fields such as change management/agile methodology
  • Clear, concise communicator
