Process Control Systems Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team in designing and implementing modifications to the Process Control System (PCS) at our Lithium Hydroxide Refinery.
- Develop and implement functional specifications and program control system according to requirements
- Design engineering solutions for control systems and follow Management of Change processes
- Identify and assess risks using enterprise risk framework policies and procedures, develop and implement risk mitigation plans
- Test, maintain and modify existing process control systems to optimise strategies and prevent operational and production delays and minimise lifecycle costs for instrumentation and control infrastructure
Key Requirements
- Tertiary Engineering degree with professional experience in process control systems
- Previous experience in chemical or mineral processing industry
- Good understanding of distributed control system and control system architecture
- Extensive experience with Rockwell PLC & SCADA programming
