Technical Event Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Technician to join our team in Melbourne. As an Event Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional event experiences by operating audio visual equipment, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless execution of events.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain audio visual equipment including sound systems, lighting rigs, and projection systems;
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services during events;
- Collaborate with senior production teams and other technicians to ensure successful event outcomes;
- Assist with the installation, operation, and removal of AV equipment;
- Strong background in audio visual technology, preferably with experience working on live events;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail;
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
