Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth in our flagship location. As a key business leader, you will be responsible for delivering the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture, and creating memorable experiences for customers.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment with a proven record in driving sales and KPIs targets.
  • Skills: Strategic thinker able to identify opportunities for future growth, effective roster management, cost efficiency metrics, and people development.
