You will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents in accordance with our values. You will play a crucial role in a resident's overall wellbeing and work collaboratively with our team to achieve this goal.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care, including assisting with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, while maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
  • Supporting residents with mobility issues, including helping them walk, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions.
  • Monitoring health and reporting any changes in the resident's health or behavior to relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Assisting residents with their dietary requirements and ensuring they receive the food they need.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • An adaptable and passionate approach to care, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
