Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in rural Queensland. As a Speech Pathologist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality speech pathology services to clients in need, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Therapy: Administer standardized and informal assessments to determine the nature and extent of clients' speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing difficulties, and provide individualized therapy plans to meet client goals.
- Family-Centered Early Childhood Intervention: Deliver family-centered early childhood intervention strategies to support the development of children's communication skills.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients, and contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive team environment.
- Registration and Qualifications: Be registered or eligible to register with Speech Pathology Australia, and hold a relevant degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
- Experience and Skills: Have experience working with clients with communication disorders, and possess strong assessment and therapy skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Development: Be committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in speech pathology.
