Ghanda Clothing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Fountaingate. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective store strategies, and leading a team of up to 30 team members.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, coach, and train a team of sales assistants and managers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations: Maintain a high standard of store presentation, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Work with the Stock Allocator to maintain accurate stock levels, manage stockroom organization, and ensure that all stock is properly received, stored, and distributed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, store performance metrics, and other relevant data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager who has a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective store strategies, and leading high-performing teams. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
You will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and sales growth strategies. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
