About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced academic to join our team as a Lecturer in Game Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering games-related teaching and administration of units from accredited courses at higher education level to both local and international students.

The ideal candidate will have a related postgraduate qualification, preferably at Masters level (or higher), and a high level of professional industry practice in games or creative media with an established portfolio of work. They will also have teaching or training experience either in a higher education or professional environment, as well as experience in Games Development software such as Unity and Unreal.

The person we seek will be passionate about assisting students to reach their full academic potential while providing an outstanding student experience. They will also have outstanding organisational and communication skills, as well as a high level of agile critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
