Redland Bay Hotel, a beloved local spot with stunning waterfront views, is searching for a Gaming Manager to oversee our gaming operations and ensure excellence in every aspect. Located in a beautiful bayside location, this is your chance to lead the gaming room, in a thriving venue while enjoying the relaxed coastal lifestyle Redland Bay has to offer.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at The Redland Bay Hotel

**What you’ll do**:

- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code

**What you’ll need**:

- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG are essential
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
