The Sous Chef also participates in menu creation, customer feedback, and training new team members, promoting a positive work environment and adherence to safety protocols.
By following our sustainable practices, the Sous Chef contributes to reducing waste and promoting environmentally friendly food preparation methods.
This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our residents.
