Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role involves configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and 2022. You will analyze Windows events to identify the cause of application/operating system issues. Your expertise in Active Directory will be essential in designing, implementing, and maintaining the Active Directory infrastructure.
You will also be responsible for configuring and administering Active Directory, DHCP, DNS management, TCP/IP, GPO, Azure AD, DNS, DC, ADC, OU, GP, DHCP management. Secure remote administration of DCs and member servers managed by the Infrastructure Group is also a key aspect of this role.
Experience in Windows patching using SCCM and WSUS and troubleshooting Windows update issues is highly desirable. You will also be responsible for managing group policy at the root of the domain and for Domain Controllers OU.
RequirementsTertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science/related discipline is essential. Windows Certification is preferred. Excellent customer interfacing skills, written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
