As an Electrician with AVE Technologies, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining complex electrical systems. This includes running cable trays and conduits, terminating and testing cables, and ensuring switchboards, motors, and control systems are correctly installed and compliant with Australian Standards and project specifications.

You will also be involved in troubleshooting and performing preventative and reactive maintenance, with a focus on minimising downtime and ensuring operational reliability. Additionally, you will diagnose faults across a range of industrial equipment, such as PLCs, VSDs, instrumentation, and automation systems commonly found on Heavy Industrial sites.

Key requirements for this role include a valid drivers' license, NSW Electrical Licence, and job-specific certifications including cabling licence (preferred), White Card, National Police Check & Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.

The ideal candidate will possess great communication and stakeholder management skills, be a collaborative and reliable team player who promotes a safe, respectful, and supportive working environment, and have the ability to travel to regional/interstate (with notice) and work overtime when required.
