Your Profile

The ideal candidate will be a distinguished loss adjuster with a solid history of handling major and complex loss claims, consistently delivering outstanding results for clients.

Additionally, you will:

  • Exhibit strategic thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset, dedicated to achieving high-quality outcomes for clients on every occasion.
  • Possess a strong market presence and a reputable following within the industry.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, committed to fostering a collaborative culture with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Be eager to advance your career, with direct and continuous access to senior team members as part of your professional growth, and be open to pursuing further professional education.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing major and complex loss adjustments.
  • A strong market presence and established reputation.
  • Relevant qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA in General Insurance, or equivalent international credentials.
  • Proven capability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • A valid Driver's License.
