Job Description

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the terminal operations of our company. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient storage and dispatch capacity to deliver exceptional customer value.

You will lead the development of both internal and external teams, driving operational excellence in line with our strategic growth ambitions.

The ideal candidate will have strong accountability and delegation skills, as well as economic understanding to drive cost-effective decisions.

They must also be able to build and nurture effective relationships across global teams and local partners.

A continuous learning mindset and subject matter expertise in fertiliser or bulk logistics industries are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have proven ability to manage P&L, leadership and strategic thinking.

They must also have cultural fit with a collaborative, inclusive team environment and commitment to safety and quality as a non-negotiable priority.

Experience within the Fertiliser industry is highly desirable, along with background of developing and managing 3PL relationships.
