A key component of our mission is achieving positive change by collaborating with subject matter experts. This involves planning and developing content that supports strategic improvement programs and initiatives.

This role will see you working with stakeholders to drive world-class results through problem-solving meetings and innovative solutions. You'll also be involved in internal projects that drive innovation and process improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of Zero Harm data to inform decision-making and action planning.
  • Develop engaging presentations, training materials, and reports that showcase quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Lead problem-solving meetings with stakeholders to design solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in health and safety with industry experience.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and deliverables within set timeframes.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk-based decision-making skills.
