Sound Solutions Specialist

Contribute to the technical delivery of noise and vibration assessments and inputs for projects in Eastern Australia.
About the Role
We seek a highly skilled Associate Acoustics Engineer with strong knowledge of acoustic principles, capable of conducting comprehensive assessments and providing expert advice on noise and vibration modelling and prediction.
- Carry out detailed acoustic evaluations
- Offer specialized advice on sound and vibration simulation and forecasting
- Support project teams across various sectors by delivering high-quality noise and vibration solutions
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of acoustic fundamentals and be able to demonstrate expertise in areas such as noise and vibration simulation and prediction, result evaluation, impact control, and monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field such as Physics or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Desirable to hold membership and accreditation from professional bodies like the Australian Acoustic Society and/or Chartered Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia and other state engineering schemes
