THE OPPORTUNITY

As a key member of our client teams, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality investment materials and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing historical asset allocation, spending, and performance data, as well as evaluating financial histories and analyzing investment managers' portfolios.

You will be responsible for writing investment memos, preparing exhibits and presentation documentation, and answering client questions and requests. Additionally, you will assist with performance reporting reconciliation, attribution analysis, and investment transactions on behalf of clients.

This role requires someone with attention to detail, an interest in investment markets, and a willingness to contribute with high standards and professionalism within a small team. You will be responsible for arranging your schedule and priorities to meet deadlines, while also being part of a strong tradition of teamwork and cooperation among members of the Investment Analysts Group.

SKILLS

  • Familiarity with computer databases and spreadsheets, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and discipline to maintain high personal and professional standards
  • Ability to critically problem-solve
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (any major) with a record of high academic achievement
  • 0-3 years of work experience
  • Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship
