Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of multiple stores across the Central coast / Sydney region.

As a key member of our team, you will develop and lead your team to success, execute marketing campaigns, and drive sales growth through strategic planning and effective leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of multiple stores across the Central coast / Sydney region.
  • Lead and inspire a team of store managers to achieve sales targets, KPI's, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning, effective leadership, and innovative initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and empowerment among store teams.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement action plans for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar management role (2+ years).
  • The ability to work autonomously, be organized, and sales-focused.
  • Exceptional communication and motivational skills.
  • A genuine hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style.
  • Experience in exceeding sales and other KPI targets.
  • A passion for fashion footwear and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability and willingness to travel across regions and interstate.
