Centre Operations Director

As a Centre Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving excellence in every aspect of the centre.

This includes managing daily centre operations, ensuring smooth communication between staff and parents, and fostering a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.

You will also be responsible for designing and delivering engaging activities for children's holistic development, prioritising their safety and well-being, and adhering to all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
