Recruitment Specialist

Secure Parking is a leading commercial car park operator in Australia and New Zealand, with over 450 car parks across the region. We are committed to providing a seamless experience for our customers, clients, and staff members.
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing the recruitment process for our office-based staff. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings across various job boards and platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and databases.
- Communicate promptly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks as needed.
- Prepare and extend job offers, including drafting offer letters and facilitating onboarding.
- Stay informed on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing orientation materials, and coordinating first-day activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of P&C as required.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
