Drive success with a dynamic and evolving role that requires you to transport catering materials efficiently across various locations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial vehicles, primarily hi-lift catering trucks, and ensuring timely load/off-load procedures in accordance with flight schedules and health & safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and distribute catering material securely, coordinating with Transport Dispatchers and Duty Managers to meet deadlines.
- Perform pre-trip truck checks, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to high-loader catering vehicle protocols.
- Load/unload onto aircraft as per flight schedules, loading lists / labels, and galley positions, prioritizing customer satisfaction and health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Transport Dispatchers (Dock Controllers) in case of injuries, accidents, or irregular operations, leveraging downtime effectively for tasks like laundry, storage, and Pick&Pack.

Requirements:

- Possess a current MR or HR valid driver's licence
- Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
- Proficiency in working within fast-paced deadline-driven environments
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work a 7-day roster across morning and afternoon shifts
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and Airside Driving Authority (ADA)
- No criminal background

Salary: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Rotating roster
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay, Penalty rates
Ability to commute/relocate: Brisbane Airport, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
