ACC has 16 schools in 5 states and is Australia's largest non-government Distance Education provider. We are seeking a permanent, full-time Virtual School Administrator to join our ACC Victoria Online team.
About the RoleWe're looking for a Christian school administrator who can thrive in various environments, possess excellent people skills, and learn technological platforms quickly. As a permanent staff member at ACC Victoria Online, you'll make a positive impact on students across the state studying remotely.
This role involves overseeing the office and associated protocols, maintaining professional communication with stakeholders, and supporting administrative tasks as required. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of application processes and supporting staff with events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the ACC Victoria Online office and associated protocols.
- Be the first point of contact for phone, email, onsite staff, and visitors.
- Triage questions and enquiries from parents and the wider community.
- Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure the smooth running of application processes from initial inquiry.
- Support ACC Victoria Online with administrative tasks and communication as required.
- Evidence of the right to work in Australia.
- Proof of identity.
- Clearance status of the Working with Children Check.
- Be a committed Christian connected with a church.
- Relate well to staff, students, and parents.
- Have a servant heart.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational and communication skills.
