Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional People and Culture professional to join our dynamic team in shaping the future of organisational culture and ensuring the wellbeing of employees.

This role will play a vital part in coaching, developing leaders, and implementing best practices in human resources across various departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Fair Work guidelines, and experience with HRIS systems like Employment Hero or similar platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of our innovative People and Culture Strategy and drive continuous improvement and growth within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on rostering practices and ensure compliance with relevant Awards and guidelines.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices in human resources, ER/IR, recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and prioritise organisational capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting leaders with People and Culture in mid-size businesses.
  • Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualification or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fair Work guidelines and related HR legislations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and an aptitude for quickly adapting to new systems.
  • Strong prioritisation skills, enabling efficient management of multiple projects.
