Key Responsibilities

As the Account Manager - Hybrid Workplace Specialist, you will grow new sales selling Connect and Collaborate, Workspace Management, Digital Signage, and Smart device solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships while seeking new opportunities.
  • Generating more than 20% of your own new sales pipeline.
  • Growing new sales across all portfolios with both non-Ricoh customers and within Ricoh's existing customer base, delivering transformation outcomes and experiences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales and account relationship management experience, ideally in an AV/IT sales and account management role.
  • Successful sales targets achievements and a strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.
  • Evidence of results prospecting and creating more than 20% of your own pipeline.
  • A track record of business/account plan development and execution.
  • Experience in handling both business and technical decision makers in customer organizations.
  • Strong sales skills, including business justification, negotiation, and closing.
  • The ability to operate in both hunting and farming models.
