  • You'll coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to address recurring problems and implement solutions.

About You:

  • You should have demonstrated experience in IT service delivery or a similar capacity with a solid understanding of service delivery processes, ITIL framework, and best industry practices.
  • You should have experience or exposure in Microsoft products, specifically with Azure Cloud Administration, SharePoint, and Jira/Confluence workflow development and administration.
  • You should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload.
  • You should have a proactive and solution-focused mindset, enjoying working in a fast-paced environment where you can wear multiple hats.
