About the Role:
- You'll be responsible for providing first-point-of-contact support for service requests, incidents, and inquiries.
- You'll work closely with the CSI-IPT Service Delivery Manager to ensure effective incident management and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
- You'll coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to address recurring problems and implement solutions.
- You'll foster strong relationships with multiple organisations' IT departments to understand their needs and expectations.
- You'll prepare and maintain procedures and configuration documentation for assigned services.
About You:
- You should have demonstrated experience in IT service delivery or a similar capacity with a solid understanding of service delivery processes, ITIL framework, and best industry practices.
- You should have experience or exposure in Microsoft products, specifically with Azure Cloud Administration, SharePoint, and Jira/Confluence workflow development and administration.
- You should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload.
- You should have a proactive and solution-focused mindset, enjoying working in a fast-paced environment where you can wear multiple hats.
