Key Administrative Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative & Payroll Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for payroll processing, administrative support, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including timekeeping, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings.
  • Address payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
Administrative Support:
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support various HR functions, including onboarding and training coordination.
Compliance & Reporting:
  • Stay updated on labor laws and payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports for management and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Communication & Team Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and administrative matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and administrative functions.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Working Conditions:
  • Onsite and offsite/mixed options available.
Benefits:

  • $42,760.00 - $74,453.13 per year.
