Front Desk Supporter

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills as a Front Desk Supporter, working closely with our hospitality team. As a Night Porter at Fairmont, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of overnight services and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests with a smile and providing efficient check-in services.
  • Carrying luggage to and from rooms with ease and efficiency.
  • Providing valet parking for guest vehicles with care and attention to detail.
  • Explaining hotel facilities and amenities in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the Hotel entrance.
  • Providing valuable tourism information and recommendations on local dining and entertainment options.
  • Promoting our loyalty program and encouraging guests to join.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud software.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold security procedures at all times.
