We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to join our expanding specialist tax consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in corporate tax consulting to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Directors and other service lines to consult clients on a wide range of generalist income tax and GST issues, including business sales, restructures, various CGT concessions and rollovers, tax consolidations, and international tax matters.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • CA or CPA certification is highly desirable
  • Strong tax technical knowledge and commercial insight
  • Experience interpreting legislation, case law, and ATO guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach to identifying tax issues and delivering solutions
  • Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
