Leadership Opportunity in Cell Therapeutics

This is an outstanding leadership opportunity in the field of cell therapeutics. As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting ground-breaking discoveries that save lives globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse team across scientific, technical, and operational domains
  • Contribute to commercial sustainability and organisational growth
  • Ensure optimal operating efficiency through effective leadership and strategic planning
  • Identify and follow through on business development opportunities in collaboration with members of the management team
  • Engage widely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive a culture of excellence in customer service and seek solutions to complex technical challenges
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of leadership in a scientific/technical/clinical context
  • Ability to lead with a shared vision and mission
  • Understanding of good manufacturing practice and associated regulatory compliance (TGA, FDA, NATA)
  • Degree and ideally postgraduate qualifications in science, biological science or medical science

The successful candidate will be a leader with the ambition to influence and direct the activities of a key business unit with significant potential.
