Job Description

This is a customer service and retail sales role with an absolute fashion focus. We are looking for a friendly, motivated person with excellent customer care and sales skills.

Work as part of a dedicated team delivering world-class service by offering solutions to meet customer needs and suggesting the best available products and services to exceed their expectations.

We work in conjunction with an entire network of passionate professionals all working towards the same goal of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives.

This position will be offered as permanent part-time, working 30 hours per week. Ideally, we are seeking someone who can cover a range of weekdays and weekends.

About You
  • You are active in your approach, passionate about your service delivery and driven to achieve great results.
  • Maybe you have previous experience, interest or studying in optics.
  • You have a passion for up-to-date trends and flair for fashion.
  • You are willing to assist customers with frame selection and make lens recommendations.
  • You take pride in product and store maintenance by promoting our professional image.
  • You are able to work towards achieving store sales targets with promotional campaigns and special offers.
