**Sales Associate Role**

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses is a family-owned retailer with over 85 stores across Victoria.

Established in 1901, we are renowned for quality cakes, pastries, and baked goods.

We have a store located at Geelong Westfield Shopping Centre, Geelong.

We are seeking passionate and hardworking Sales Assistants to join our team.

To be successful, you will need:

  • excellence and demonstrated experience in customer service
  • flexibility in working hours (including early morning starts and late finishes)
  • a passion for coffee and coffee making skills
  • outstanding work ethic, honesty, and reliability
  • willingness to learn and be part of a happy vibrant team

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • at least one year's experience in customer-facing roles
  • Australia work authorisation

This is a casual role, which means you will need to be available to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Afternoon shift

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday

- Morning shift

- Public holidays

- Weekend availability
