About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring compliance with relevant legislations and regulations.

Your Team

The Payroll Services team is responsible for managing the day-to-day payroll activities, collaborating with employees and colleagues across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll process from start to finish, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing payroll enquiries and business requirements.
  • Negotiate with tax authorities regarding payroll and tax-related matters.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with our external third-party payroll processing provider.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures, recommending improvements where necessary.

Capability and Experience

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, operations, and legislations.
  • Possess comprehensive understanding of payroll systems (ADP GV or SAP) and cloud HR systems (Oracle HCM).
  • Show attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in project delivery and implementing payroll system/process changes.
