Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Sell automotive parts and accessories, meeting sales targets and contributing to the store's success
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships, becoming the expert to talk to
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives
- Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
- Have a safety mindset and strive to provide a safe work environment for themselves and their team members
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
- Flexible availability across 7 days, with weekend availability and a valid driver's licence
- Ability to work and be flexible to work other days if requested
