Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead our team at LORNA JANE Perth DFO store. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll oversee the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to drive sales and deliver on store targets and KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI's
  • Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team - we love to promote from within
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
  • Roster your team in line with store trading hours

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for delivering a phenomenal in-store experience and influencing the local active community through events, campaigns, and collaborations
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service
  • Experience in retail management, with a focus on driving profitability and process improvements
  • Ability to motivate and develop your team to achieve success
