You can take your medical reception experience to the next level by joining a specialist practice in Sydney.

  • Manage patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence, and accounts efficiently
  • Schedule and manage patient bookings in software
  • Provide quotations to patients for medical consultations
  • Manage patient invoicing and receipting of consultations
  • Complete end-of-day reconciliations
  • Dictaphone typing of correspondence and reports

We are seeking part-time Medical Secretaries who will provide high-quality front reception and administration assistance. You will work in a paperless environment using software.

Requirements
  • 1 year of secretarial experience is required
  • Previous experience working with software is highly regarded but not essential
  • A good working knowledge of computerised booking and accounting systems is essential
