Power Platform Support Specialist

- As a skilled and proactive support engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical expertise to clients leveraging Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- You will work closely with customers to provide a high-touch managed services partnership model, ensuring a great customer experience.
- Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for business-critical applications and workflows, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with current Australian Government information assurance requirements, including the Information Security Manual (ISM), NIST CSF2.0, and Essential 8 ML2.
- Experience in incident response coordination, investigation, and remediation, as well as staying current with the Microsoft roadmap.
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
