Job OverviewWe are seeking highly skilled and experienced paramedics to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of our emergency services, you will be responsible for providing pre-hospital clinical care to the community, including patient transport by ambulance or other means.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality pre-hospital clinical care to patients, adhering to approved clinical practice guidelines, either independently or as part of a team.
- Maintain effective communication with the State Communications Centre, ensuring adherence to our policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Complete accurate documentation regarding clinical services, training provided, and changes to the working environment and equipment.
- Hold registration with the Paramedicine Board of Australia.
- Possess a Bachelor of Paramedic Science and relevant work experience, or another qualification approved by our service.
- Currently hold a valid Driver Licence.
The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this position must satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.
