At Monadelphous, we're seeking a skilled Mechanical Coordinator to join our team in the Perth CBD. As a Mechanical Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in the planning, management, and execution of maintenance and shutdown works for our Energy Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors to obtain information on offshore maintenance requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and support on estimating and work pack preparation.
  • Develop and coordinate mechanical work packs and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards.
  • Oversee the planning process, including materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.
  • Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools, with daily use of SAP.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade or engineering qualification.
  • Experience working in an offshore maintenance environment.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word & Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to site as required.
