Mechanical Coordinator

At Monadelphous, we're seeking a skilled Mechanical Coordinator to join our team in the Perth CBD. As a Mechanical Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in the planning, management, and execution of maintenance and shutdown works for our Energy Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors to obtain information on offshore maintenance requirements.
- Provide expert advice and support on estimating and work pack preparation.
- Develop and coordinate mechanical work packs and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards.
- Oversee the planning process, including materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.
- Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools, with daily use of SAP.

Requirements:
- Mechanical trade or engineering qualification.
- Experience working in an offshore maintenance environment.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word & Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to site as required.
