Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Mining & Minerals South West Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements. Your strong leadership skills and dedication to safety will enable you to build relationships and direct a team to achieve quality, production, and environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of work crews
- Ensure compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements
- Build relationships and direct a team to achieve quality, production, and environmental goals
- Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Mechanical trade certificate and licenses
- Previous supervisory experience in the mining industry
- Experience working on a variety of projects and maintenance/shutdown works
- Ability to demonstrate planning and organisation skills with the capability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively
- Dedication to the safety, well-being, and future development of your team
