We are looking for a highly skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team at King Kong, a full-service digital marketing agency that is growing rapidly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing King Kong campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and AdRoll.

About the Role:

  • Setup, manage, and optimize King Kong campaigns within Facebook's Business Manager, utilizing Ads Manager, and analytical tools.
  • Analyze both Google Analytics and Facebook's analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e., A/B, split-testing) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
  • Create 'thumb-stopping' Facebook creative that cuts through the newsfeed.
  • Evaluate and implement effective email marketing strategies using MailChimp or similar.
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimization.
  • Manage the Quantum Growth Facebook community (Facebook-related questions).
  • Manage and maintain ROAS/CPL targets.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be efficient, organized, and task-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Additionally, you should have a positive problem-solving attitude and be keen on learning and growing within the team.
