  • About the role:
  • As a key stakeholder management specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication and scheduling between multiple departments within Victoria's criminal justice system.
  • You will work closely with prison staff, senior stakeholders, and external service providers to coordinate video conferences and other functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management abilities, and experience maintaining clear scheduling practices.
  • Furthermore, you must be able to provide timely and accurate information on prisoner locations, record statistical data, and provide advice on scheduling and recording of video conference matters.

The Video Conferencing Coordination Unit (VCCU) supports the work of the Sentence Management Division within Corrections Victoria.

  • Liaising with Court registry staff to provide timely and accurate information on prisoner locations
  • Recording statistical data relating to TeleCourt appearances, professional and/or legal conferences and other functions
  • Providing advice on scheduling and recording of TeleCourt matters and legal consultations conducted via video conference
